NATE-certified technician with over 30 years of experience. As a second-generation business owner, Mark takes pride in running a family company focused on the needs of local customers. He attends continuing education to stay current on the latest tools, techniques and technologies in the trade.

Elaine keeps track of the finances and has been an integral part of the B and W team for over 20 years. Her duties regularly expand to include caring for valued customers and helping the rest of the staff around the office. After business hours, Elaine enjoys sitting poolside, gardening and quality time with her family.

Gordon possesses a wealth of experience in the heating and cooling industry. With over 25 years in the field, he has been helping fulfill the B and W promise of excellent service for over 12 years. When he is not solving your heating and cooling problems, he pursues interests such as guns, coins, hunting and enjoying the outdoors.

Shawn is an expert HVAC technician who has been working in the industry for over 15 years and is an invaluable member of the staff at B and W. From a small problem to a big catastrophe, Shawn has the knowledge needed to get the job done. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys family time and the great outdoors.

A student at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Joel is pursuing his degree in mechanical engineering. While he has only worked as a tech for five years, Joel has been around the business from a young age, giving him a great command of HVAC systems and repairs. When not helping customers, he enjoys being with his family and just about anything outdoors.
